When you order a physical tourist SIM card, you have the option to collect the SIM card at the Ngurah Rai airport in Bali. You can select either the domestic or international terminal. You have to provide us your flight number and expected arrival time.
We will be tracking your flight number for delays.
Our staff will be awaiting upon exiting the terminal, and they will hold a call sign with our Bikago logo and your name. You can watch our video below which shows where you can meet our airport staff in the Ngurah Rai Bali airport.
