Why is my Google Pixel showing I have less data than I should have?

This is due to a feature that Google Pixel phones offer, which allows you to set data usage warnings. These warnings are customizable and are not representative of the total amount of data available on your eSIM data package.

How to check your data usage on Google Pixel


1. Go to "Settings"

2. Select "Network & internet," then "Internet"

3. Tap the "Settings" symbol next to your eSIM provider

4. It will show you how much data you've used so far

4. Select "Data warning & limit," and turn it on or off as you wish

5. To change your warning, choose "Data warning"

6. Pick a number of megabytes (MB) or gigabytes (GB), and your device will notify you when you reach that amount of data usage

7. Tap "Set" to confirm
